Three structured development phases

Locally accessible, globally connected
Why ZBecks
Talented Zambian players are too often invisible to the international scouts and clubs who could change their careers. ZBecks closes that gap with active technical partnerships in Asia and direct scouting relationships in England — a structured pathway, not just a dream.
Every player who joins us in Ndola trains inside a system built to be seen, from their first small-sided game to their first international trial.
The Academy
From a five-year-old’s first touch of the ball to a twenty-one-year-old walking into a partner club overseas — every ZBecks player follows the same proven structure.
From first touches to first academy trials. U6–U11 players build motor skills, ball control and a genuine love of the game.
Bigger pitches, sharper minds. U12–U16 players develop tactical awareness, team shape and position-specific skills.
Where the pathway becomes real. U17–U21 players are prepared for international trials and partner-club integration.
The Global Gateway
Active technical partnerships in Asia and direct scouting relationships in England give ZBecks players routes that other Copperbelt academies simply don’t have.
Technical partnership programme placing academy graduates into Thai club training environments for hands-on international exposure.
A growing network of partner setups in Indonesia, giving ZBecks players a second Asian route into professional football.
Direct scouting relationships that put ZBecks talent in front of English eyes — the pathway every young Zambian footballer dreams of.
