Our mission at Zbecks Football Club is to identify, nurture, and elevate football talent through structured development, disciplined training, and world‑class mentorship. As a proud Division 2 club, we are committed to empowering young athletes by combining football excellence with education, life skills, and character‑building. We strive to create opportunities for players from all backgrounds, strengthen community engagement, and use football as a platform for positive social impact across Ndola and Zambia. Through hard work, unity, and integrity, Zbecks FC aims to shape champions on the pitch and responsible leaders off it.

Zbecks Football Club was founded in 2023 in Ndola, Zambia, with a clear vision to build a disciplined, community‑driven football institution that empowers young talent and competes at the highest levels of the game. What began as a small grassroots project quickly transformed into one of the most promising football stories in the region.

In its debut season, Zbecks FC entered Division 4, immediately showcasing exceptional teamwork, discipline, and ambition. The club’s strong performances earned them the Division 4 League Championship, a remarkable achievement for a newly established team. This victory propelled Zbecks FC into Division 3, where they continued to grow, strengthen their squad, and expand their youth development programs.

Through consistent hard work, strategic leadership, and a commitment to excellence, Zbecks FC progressed further and now proudly competes in Division 2, establishing itself as one of the fastest‑rising clubs in Zambian football. Alongside competitive success, the club has built a reputation for community engagement, charity work, and youth empowerment, becoming a beacon of hope for aspiring young athletes in Ndola and surrounding areas.

Today, Zbecks Football Club stands as a symbol of ambition, unity, and transformation — a club driven by passion for the game and a mission to inspire future champions both on and off the pitch.
