ABOUT ZBECKS FC
ZBecks FC is a football club based in Ndola, Zambia. Established in 2023, the club currently competes in the FAZ Division Two League.
Beyond football, ZBecks FC is committed to making a positive impact through charity work, community engagement, youth empowerment, and creating opportunities for creatives and talented young people.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As part of our continued growth, ZBecks FC is preparing to launch the ZBecks Football Academy in Ndola. We are looking for three (3) motivated and confident sales personnel to help us register children for the academy.
Successful candidates will be stationed at a designated location where they will engage with members of the public, provide information about the academy, explain the registration process, and assist interested parents and guardians with enrolling their children.
We are looking for individuals who can communicate effectively, create a positive impression, and confidently present the opportunities offered by the academy.
REQUIREMENTS
✅ Must be based in Ndola.
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Confidence when engaging with people.
✅ Persuasive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
✅ Passion for football and youth development.
✅ Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service will be an added advantage.
PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT
💼 Commission-Based Opportunity
This is a commission-based position. Successful candidates will earn commissions based on the registrations they secure.
