The Dawn of Greatness: ZBecks FC Academy Launches at Ndola Trust School
The future of Zambian football has a new home. The launch of the ZBecks FC Academy marks the beginning of an extraordinary era in youth sports, creating a premier environment where raw potential is forged into elite talent. Catering to young passion across the 5 to 16 age spectrum, this is more than just a weekend football clinic. It is a high-performance incubator established to build the next generation of champions, leaders, and icons.
The Prestige of the ZBecks Brand
When you step into the world of ZBecks FC, you are aligning with a brand that commands respect, embodies structural excellence, and carries a culture of winning. We do not compromise on standards. The ZBecks name represents an unyielding commitment to athletic advancement and discipline. By extending our footprint into youth development, we are bringing that exact same professional blueprint, elite mentality, and prestige to grassroots football. We don't just teach the game; we elevate how it is played.
A Masterclass Partnership: Outfitted by AC Sports
True professionalism is felt the moment a player puts on their kit. To ensure our athletes look, feel, and carry themselves like the professionals they aspire to be, ZBecks FC Academy has partnered with AC Sports, Zambia’s premier jersey and sportswear manufacturer.
This exclusive partnership delivers a premium, world-class aesthetic to the academy. Every jersey, short, and sock is crafted with high-performance fabrics engineered for the modern athlete. When our players step onto the pitch clad in this premium gear, they aren't just wearing a uniform—they are wearing armor that instils immediate pride, sharpens team unity, and projects a professional standard that sets them apart from day one.
The Dual-Core Philosophy: Academic Discipline & Sporting Brilliance
At ZBecks FC Academy, we believe that a true champion is intelligent both on and off the pitch. We maintain an uncompromising discipline when it comes to the academic excellence of our academy kids. Football skill can open doors, but academic brilliance keeps them open for a lifetime.
We do not view sports and education as competing priorities; rather, they are two sides of the same coin. The same focus, time management, and dedication required to master a tactical drill on Saturday morning are expected to be applied in the classroom from Monday to Friday. We actively monitor and encourage our young athletes to maintain high grades and exemplary behavior in school. At ZBecks, a drop in academic effort is addressed with the same seriousness as a drop in training performance. By instilling this powerful academic discipline, we ensure our kids grow into sharp, articulate, and well-rounded intellects who can navigate the global stage.
