GLOBAL GATEWAY

From Ndola to the World

We break down the geographical barriers for Zambian players by providing direct, documented pathways to international football networks in Asia and England, right from the Copperbelt.

WHY IT MATTERS

A Local Academy With a Genuine International Network

Most academies in Zambia offer strong local training but stop there. ZBecks combines Copperbelt accessibility with active technical partnerships in Thailand and Indonesia and elite scouting eyes from England — a real pathway program, not just a promise.

PARTNERSHIP — THAILAND

Technical Partnership in Thailand

An active technical partnership gives promising ZBecks players a documented route into a partner setup in Thailand — exposure to a different football culture, coaching style and level of competition as part of the Professional Development Phase.

PARTNERSHIP — INDONESIA

Technical Partnership in Indonesia

Alongside Thailand, our technical partnership in Indonesia widens the pool of international opportunities available to players who reach the required standard in their Professional Development Phase.

SCOUTING — ENGLAND

Direct Scouting Links in England

ZBecks maintains scouting relationships in England, giving standout players the chance to be seen by contacts already embedded in the English football system — a genuine, if selective, route that most Zambian academies simply don’t offer.

THE PROCESS

How the Pathway Program Works

1. Identify

Coaches identify pathway-ready players during the Youth and Professional Development Phases based on technical level, attitude and readiness.

2. Develop

Identified players receive additional trial preparation — tactical, physical and mental — alongside their regular academy training.

3. Place

Players are connected to our Thailand or Indonesia technical partners, or introduced to our England scouting contacts, when the opportunity fits.

GOOD TO KNOW

Parent FAQ: Pathways & Trials

Does every player go abroad? No — international placement depends on individual readiness during the Professional Development Phase; it is an opportunity, not a guarantee.
